1. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants the Client access to the Portier AI software product (booking management, Channel Manager, AI Administrator, payment acceptance) under the terms of the chosen subscription plan or one-time license purchase.

2. Conclusion Procedure

The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Client pays the invoice or begins using the Service. Acceptance of the offer means full and unconditional agreement with its terms and with the Terms of Use.

3. Pricing and Payment Procedure

Subscription plans and purchase packages are published on the pricing page of the website. Prices are listed in hryvnias, euros, dirhams, or dollars — depending on the Client's country; the invoice may be issued in the currency of the Client's country at the rate on the issue date.

The exact total for a specific property is fixed in the invoice or commercial proposal before payment. There are no hidden fees.

4. Free Period and Refunds

During the 14-day free period, the Client uses the Service at no cost and may opt out without any consequences.
If the Service was not launched after payment due to the Provider's fault, funds are refunded in full within 14 banking days.
For services actually rendered (completed connection, data migration, setup), funds are non-refundable.
Upon subscription cancellation, access is retained until the end of the paid period; payment for unused prepaid months is refunded proportionally.

5. Term and Termination

The Agreement is valid throughout the period of service provision. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by notifying the Provider via any contact channel on the website. Before termination, the Client has the right to export their data.

6. Liability and Disputes

The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached — in court at the Provider's place of registration.
