Some of these companies are located outside Ukraine and the EU. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other mechanisms under Art. 46 GDPR.
Regarding Meta: when using the pixel, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers for on-site events. Meta uses this data to measure and display ads. You can opt out via the "Necessary only" button in the banner, in Meta ad settings or through Your Online Choices. For Google — in Google ad settings.
Essential cookies are needed for the site to work (they require no consent). Analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only after you click "Accept all". Until then, no third-party script is loaded.
You can change or withdraw your decision at any time — the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Opting out is just as easy as opting in.
David is software, not a person. He replies in chat and by voice.
You have the right to: obtain a copy of your data; correct inaccuracies; delete it ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interest; receive your data in a machine-readable format; withdraw consent at any time — this doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise them — contact us using the details on the site. If you believe we've violated your rights, you can file a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU — the supervisory authority of your country.
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Access is limited to employees who need it for their work. The connection to the site is secured with TLS.
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top. We'll announce significant changes on the site.
