Terms of Use

Revised July 22, 2026. The Portier AI service is a product of the Z-Cortex ecosystem.

Language: Українська · Русский · English

1. General provisions

By using the portier.com.ua website and the Portier AI service, you agree to these Terms. The service is software for managing bookings, syncing sales channels, automated guest communication and accepting payments.

The service is intended for businesses (hotels, apartments, resorts) and is not designed for use by minors.

2. What exactly you get

The service is provided on a subscription model (SaaS) or as a one-time license purchase. The software is hosted on Z-Cortex infrastructure: the client receives a perpetual right of access to the service and its updates — not the source code or the servers.

The phrase “lifetime license” in the site's materials means precisely a perpetual right of access with no monthly license fee. Hosting, support and the operation of the AI models are billed separately — see section 4.

3. Product development stage

Portier AI is at an early-access stage: we are onboarding our first partners. Some features already work, others are in development and roll out per the implementation plan. The list of what's available to you is fixed in the commercial proposal before payment. We don't promise features that don't exist.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

5. Obligations of the parties

We keep the service operational and provide updates and technical support according to your plan. You provide accurate information, use the service in line with the law, and are responsible for the guest data you upload to the system.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We make every effort to keep it running smoothly, but we're not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control: connection outages, changes or failures on the OTA side (Booking, Airbnb), payment systems, force majeure. We don't promise a guaranteed availability level (SLA) at the early-access stage — this is set out separately in the contract for enterprise implementations.

7. Personal data

How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. For the guest data you upload to the service, you are the data controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top. If changes are significant and affect an active subscription, we'll notify you in advance.
